Millie College is a unique work environment. One of the attractions for staff is its setting on a 350-acre nature reserve.

Connecting with the natural environment instils an inner sense of calm and helps Nicki focus on the day ahead. “I get to work early and take in the surroundings, watch the sunrise and enjoy frosty walks, then get ready for the day. It is a special place to work.

We currently have roles supporting student learning, opportunities working in our enterprise and therapy teams, with term-time flexibility.
